CreteGrout–121 is classified as a cementitious non shrink precision grout designed to gain high ultimate strength at relatively low cost. CreteGrout–121 can effectively be used in the tropical and hot climates.
CreteGrout-121 is used for the structural repair of deteriorated concrete.
Before applying CreteGrout-121, it is important that the surface to be repaired should be clean and rough. Modify the mixture by adding the required amount of clean water, stir until a homogenous mass is obtained then pour or pump into the mentioned areas. A typically curing acquires great strength in few hours depending on the weather conditions.
By following the proper usage directions, users can ensure the best performance and achieve strong, lasting repairs in any construction or maintenance project.
Prepare the Surface:
Make sure the surface to be repaired or grouted surface should be clean and not dusty at all. For better adhesion, the surface should be slightly moist but free from puddles.
Mixing:
Add the required amount of CreteGrout-121 powder to clean water in a suitable mixing container. A standard proportion is 4.5-5.5 liters of water for 25 kg bag of CreetGrout-121 but may be adjusted based on requirements of its application and paste smoothness. Blend the product with a mechanical mixer or by using a drill with a mixing paddle until paste-shiny and lump-free material is obtained.
Application:
CreteGrout-121 must be kept moist during the curing process because in hot or windy conditions, the material will dry too quickly and crack. Curing should take at least a day, just to give the material enough time to harden it on the concrete floor. In concerns to large repairs, curing time may have to be elongated.
